Social
At Alpha Delta Phi we believe in developing one's whole being -- and that includes an active social life! Our extensive and creative social calendar gives us opportunities
to take a break from MIT and have fun in and out of the house with our friends and brothers. We can bring fun and style together for romantic semi-formals, or throw blockbuster parties. Sometimes we close the house and hold exclusive social events with just our close friends. Annual parties such as Midnight Madness and the FOAM Party attract hundreds of students from MIT, Wellesley, BU, and Harvard. We also actively engage in mixers with local sororities and sponsor campus movie nights during IAP.
When we're not playing the host, brothers take part in a variety of other social activities, go out to see friends at other living groups, and have fun out of the house at clubs like the Middle East, and TT the Bear's in nearby Central Square. We attend rock concerts, Boston Symphony Orchestra performances, and Red Sox games. When Boston becomes too small for us, we take group trips to
Alpha Delts realize that there is more to MIT than studying, so we take advantage of existing opportunities to expand our social lives and create new activities to experience and enjoy.
